I was wondering what the approximate cost to get Dermal Fillers in the Tear Trough area of my face is?
The cost of treating the tear troughs really depends on whether the area is hollow because of loss of cheek volume or because of a true trough under the eye.
Often when we consult patients for tear trough filler we press the cheek upwards to see if the tear trough can be treated with cheek filler. If so, cheek filler is recommended. If pressing the cheek upwards does not correct the tear trough then we can place dermal filler directly into the trough.
We would use approximately 1ml of dermal filler in the tear trough/orbital rim area. If it is cheek filler that is needed to correct the tear trough then we use between 1ml and 3ml total. Dermal filler costs can be found here:
I hope that answers your question!
