Best Answer To treat marionette lines it usually requires approximately 2ml of dermal filler to correct the lines and the area surrounding. This amount can vary from person to person. To treat nasolabial folds there are 2 approaches – the first is to place dermal filler directly in the nasolabial folds. This is usually done for people who are in their 20s / 30s with subtle lines. As we age we lose volume in the cheeks and this can make the cheek sag, causing the nasolabial fold. Often if you are 40 years plus we try and address cheek volume to lift the cheek and reduce the heaviness of the nasolabial fold.
