Answer

will anti-wrinkle treatment wear off?

The muscle strength will always recover after anti-wrinkle treatment. In the video below I have used the gym analogy – using your muscle every day is like doing weights at the gym. When you do weights the muscle becomes larger. When you stop doing weights the muscle reduces in size.
Anti-wrinkle products are broken down over time by enzymes and when the product wears off the muscle is able to contract again. Back to the gym analogy – it is like going back to the gym and doing weights again. The muscle isn’t as strong as before you had anti-wrinkle treatment but, given time, it will build up again.
