When can I have dermal fillers after Coronavirus (Covid-19) ?
If you have had Coronavirus, we recommend waiting 2 weeks before having dermal fillers.
There is the belief that having dermal fillers within 2 weeks of dental work or infection (e.g. severe cold, chest infection) can lead to an increased risk of the dermal filler becoming inflamed at a later date. The likelihood of this happening is still extremely low, but we should act on the side of caution just to be safe.
