What is Clear and Brilliant laser?
Clear and Brilliant is a gentle laser treatment with minimal downtime which helps treat large pores, pigmentation and signs of ageing. The laser uses light at 1927nm wavelength (similar to Fraxel laser) to break down pigment, improve skin quality and texture.
We like to think of Clear and Brilliant as a ‘Baby Fraxel’ treatment.
Clear + Brilliant is a gentle laser that uses patented technology to deliver light energy in the layers of the skin most affected by early signs of ageing.
It has two lasers, one a 1440nm Original handpiece that targets those early signs of ageing such as fine lines, pores and sun damage. It works to improve the texture and quality of your skin.
The 1927nm Permea handpiece targets sun damage and pigmentation, improving the tone of your skin.
Clear + Brilliant comes from the same family of lasers as Fraxel, using the same technology that is gentler with little to no downtime. We like to call it our ‘baby Fraxel’.
Which areas can be treated with Clear and Brilliant laser?
The most popular area to treat with Clear and Brilliant laser is the face. The laser can also work on the chest, decolletage and backs of the hands to reduce signs of ageing.

How does Clear and Brilliant laser work?
Clear and Brilliant laser delivers fractional beams of light energy under the surface of the skin, shown in the image below. The wavelength of light being delivered is 1927nm – the same as Fraxel laser. The laser light is attracted to water in the skin which soaks up the energy and breaks down pigment whilst also rejuvenating the skin cells.
