Answer

Dr Brown discussing whether you should have preventative anti-wrinkle treatment

This is a question that is hard to answer and is best answered in an in-person consultation with one of our experienced practitioners at Cityskin. The way I normally address this question is that it depends on your age and if there are any static lines starting to appear on the skin. Static lines are lines and wrinkles that are visible on the skin, even when the muscle isn contracted. In saying this, I do not inject patients under 18 years old and would potentially consider a candidate for preventative treatment when you can start to see a faint static line, because if you wait until the line becomes quite deep, the line may still be there after injection.

Please note that all consultations are conducted with a medical practioner prior to treatment, to determine if you are a suitable candidate for treatment.
