Her journey into cosmetic nursing began from a personal place – sitting in the client chair herself. That experience gave her a real appreciation for how powerful these cosmetic treatments can be when they’re done with intention, empathy, and skill. Today, that’s exactly what she offers: personalised, natural results that leave clients feeling confident, refreshed, and still like themselves. 
 
Lauren takes the time to truly understand what each client is hoping to achieve. Her approach combines subtle enhancements with a strong focus on skin quality and facial balance – never overdone, always tailored. Whether it’s smoothing fine lines or restoring volume, her work is grounded in honesty, precision, and care.

Melissa is a highly skilled and compassionate cosmetic nurse with a strong foundation in aesthetic medicine. With a background in Critical Care nursing and advanced training in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, she combines clinical expertise with a refined artistic eye to deliver exceptional, natural-looking results. 

Known for her meticulous approach and commitment to facial harmony, Melissa tailors each treatment to suit the unique features and goals of her clients. Her focus is on enhancing natural beauty, softening the visible signs of ageing, and restoring a refreshed, balanced appearance.

Dr. Greg Scher is a Cosmetic Physician and offers wrinkle management, volume enhancement, and double chin removal. Originally from New Zealand, Greg graduated from the University of Auckland in 2005 with a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery.  

Greg is determined to give his patients a rejuvenated and natural look by bringing together his passion for medicine, anatomy, aesthetics, and procedural skills, which he has refined throughout 9 amazing years as a Cosmetic Physician. Greg finds it most rewarding to be a part of his clients’ self-care journeys and feels grateful to witness firsthand the confidence they gain from his cosmetic treatments.   

Known for his gentle artistic approach, he tailors every treatment to his patients’ needs to make them feel more confident and attractive. He believes in a model of care where combining anti-aging treatment with managing overall health gives a better outcome. Dr. Greg works at Cityskin Malvern and Melbourne CBD.  

In his spare time, Greg loves to sing, play tennis, and spend time with his much-loved family.  

Dr Mira is a Cosmetic Physician and GP with over 18 years of experience in various specialities of medicine and surgery, with a special focus on Cosmetic medicine.
She completed her medical degree in 2002 and was then nominated as a Physiology lecturer at Otago Medical School in New Zealand which helped her master the knowledge of anatomy and physiology of human body.

Dr Mira specialise in anti-aging treatments at Cityskin including antiwrinkle, dermal fillers, double chin injections and bio-stimulators.
Dr Mira is known for her ‘less is more’ approach where she tailors her treatments to the individual client achieving a subtle and natural result. Dr Mira works alongside her clients to promote their natural beauty and help them feel the best versions of themselves. She is known among her clients as having a caring nature and gentle hand when it comes to guiding her clients on their cosmetic journeys utilising a holistic approach to achieve impactful anti-aging treatments.

Monika began her journey in aesthetics as a Dermal Clinician in 2004 after completing a bachelor’s in health science Dermal Therapies. Her passion for medical aesthetics led her to complete a Post Graduate degree in Nursing, becoming a registered nurse in 2021.

Throughout her career, Monika has worked in diverse clinical settings, including Skin Clinics, Cosmetic Surgery Practices, and Women’s Health clinics. Collaborating with plastic surgeons, nutritionists, and cosmetic physicians has given her a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted approach required to achieve beautiful aesthetic results.

Monika specialises in creating personalised treatment plans that enhance and complement cosmetic treatments, focusing on skin health and natural beauty. Monika offers advanced treatments that enhance skin health and restore a client’s natural beauty, always aiming for balanced and natural results.

Chloe is a registered nurse who graduated from Monash University and has built her career on a strong foundation of clinical experience and patient care. She spent more than five years working in a busy emergency department, where she developed skills in safety, precision, and clear communication – qualities that continue to shape her practice today.

After completing additional training in aesthetic medicine, Chloe chose to focus her career in this area. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their concerns and goals, taking the time to ensure each treatment plan is tailored to the individual. Her warm and approachable nature helps clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
