Meet Lauren. 
Lauren is a Registered Nurse with nine years of experience, known for her calm presence, gentle technique, and genuine care. With a background in neurosurgery and trauma at The Alfred Hospital, she brings a deep clinical understanding and steady hands to every treatment. 
 
Her journey into cosmetic nursing began from a personal place – sitting in the client chair herself. That experience gave her a real appreciation for how powerful these cosmetic treatments can be when they’re done with intention, empathy, and skill. Today, that’s exactly what she offers: personalised, natural results that leave clients feeling confident, refreshed, and still like themselves. 
 
Lauren takes the time to truly understand what each client is hoping to achieve. Her approach combines subtle enhancements with a strong focus on skin quality and facial balance – never overdone, always tailored. Whether it’s smoothing fine lines or restoring volume, her work is grounded in honesty, precision, and care.

Dr. Greg Scher is a Cosmetic Physician and offers wrinkle management, volume enhancement, and double chin removal. Originally from New Zealand, Greg graduated from the University of Auckland in 2005 with a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery.  

Greg is determined to give his patients a rejuvenated and natural look by bringing together his passion for medicine, anatomy, aesthetics, and procedural skills, which he has refined throughout 9 amazing years as a Cosmetic Physician. Greg finds it most rewarding to be a part of his clients’ self-care journeys and feels grateful to witness firsthand the confidence they gain from his cosmetic treatments.   

Known for his gentle artistic approach, he tailors every treatment to his patients’ needs to make them feel more confident and attractive. He believes in a model of care where combining anti-aging treatment with managing overall health gives a better outcome. Dr. Greg works at Cityskin Malvern and Melbourne CBD.  

In his spare time, Greg loves to sing, play tennis, and spend time with his much-loved family.  

Cindy brings over nine years of clinical nursing experience to her work in aesthetic medicine, combining a strong medical foundation with a genuine passion for helping people feel their best.

Her career began in hospital settings, where she built expertise across cardiology, respiratory and oncology. In 2021, she expanded her scope with a Postgraduate Diploma in Cosmetic Injectables and Dermal Therapies — a natural progression of her commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
Cindy’s favourite treatments are bio-stimulators and fine line rejuvenation, where her focus on subtle, natural-looking results truly shines. She believes great aesthetic medicine starts long before the treatment itself — with a thorough consultation that takes the time to understand each person’s unique concerns, lifestyle and long-term goals.

Outside the clinic, Cindy loves exploring Melbourne’s food scene with friends and family, and spending time on long walks with her dog, Maisy.
